Super friendly staff, were patient with my questions.  Work was done in the time they said and they did an excellent job fixing my front bumper and quarter panel.  They even quite thoroughly cleaned my car, like a professional detailing. While I do not believe the owners or staff are intrinsically malevolent, the service and setup for this company as a whole was misleading, if not borderline predatory in nature.  To briefly describe my situation– I had slid on some black ice (<10mph) during bad weather and lightly damaged my front bumper.  I decided to file an insurance claim because the total estimate would be around the $1.2-1.3k.  I had discussed with Anchor Auto Body prior to the job that as long as I do not go over $1.5k (full-coverage insurance premium will not rise with a payment of under $1.0k, and my co-payment was $500) , then I would like to proceed with the work.  They agreed to these terms. Several days later, however, I got my vehicle back, and the total was over $1.8k.  Anchor Auto Body did not inform me beforehand of this unexpected rise in cost– it was only shown to me in the final bill.  To add insult to injury, there was service that was totally unnecessary, such a new paint job. Now, I face rises in my insurance premium, which I would have avoided had I done this with work elsewhere at the previously agreed upon price.  Perhaps you will have better luck– I hope so if you do.  But, I would advise you to look past the initial friendliness and look for somewhere more honest and transparent with their auto work.

They do very nice work.  The office staff is very nice and super helpful. They are really good about walking you through the insurance processes and they really go out of their way to help. I had my mom's car in there for a fix and asked to add one more thing on after that and they were like no problem we'll take care of it. I highly recommend Anchor Auto body. My experience at Anchor was terrific! I wish I'd choose Anchor in the first place. Unfortunately I didn't. The place I went to did such a poor job that my insurance company allowed me to have it redone. The service I received at Anchor was exceptional and timely. The craftmanship, customer service, communication, attention to detail all deserve an A+.  My car looks fantastic inside and out due to their remarkable expertise.
